The spec home on lot 7 in Garrett’s Chance is just beautiful! Today I toured this nearly completed home with a potential buyer who visited the sales center at Garretts Chance. The buyer was amazed at the space and the beautiful finishes, not to mention the country setting and large lots. The spec home can be completed in about 20 days – it is in the final phases of construction and is looking really nice. The quality is top notch! The layout is well planned! The setting is unique and beautiful! The location is convenient to many major areas of employment! This home is a winner, through and through!

I have not been in the house for about a week. The builder has made major progress! The kitchen is nearly complete…cabinets have been installed and they area beautiful, raised panel style, in a rich colored stain! The island has been installed and it just awaiting the cooktop! The wall cabinets are 42″ cabinets. The hardwood floors are in and match the cabinets beautifully! Hardwood flooring has also been installed in the hallway, powder room and foyer, in addition to the kitchen and eating area! The granite countertops are also in and they are beautiful, without a doubt!

Beautiful railings have been installed on the staircase and 2nd floor overlook to the foyer! The stairs have also been stained and are nearly complete. What a beautiful contrast in color to the 2-tone paint walls and moldings! Very dramatic, beautiful, and classy!

The hall bathroom on the second floor is also nearly complete. The ceramic floor has been installed as well as the ceramic tub/shower surround! It looks great!

The septic system looks to be nearly complete, too, and most of the plumbing fixtures have been installed! This home is a Villager VI – a 3100+ sf home with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a 2 car garage, a full basement, 3.42 acres, and gorgeous finishes in a very unique country setting in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
