Today I toured this nearly completed home with a potential buyer who visited the sales center at Garretts Chance. The buyer was amazed at the space and the beautiful finishes, not to mention the country setting and large lots. The spec home can be completed in about 20 days – it is in the final phases of construction and is looking really nice. The quality is top notch! The layout is well planned! The setting is unique and beautiful! The location is convenient to many major areas of employment! This home is a winner, through and through!
